the breakfast experience was subpar. there were constant queues for tables. the food wasn't warm (it was actually cold). it reminded me of they were trying to maximize profit without considering guest comfort.

Convenient Location and Good Service

The location is close to transport and amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful . The check-in process was easy. I also appreciated the clean and tidy condition of the room.
I found phone contact nearly impossible. I waited for over ten minutes on hold.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities

modern gymshaded sectionextensive menu
The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area had twenty loungers and a shaded section. The breakfast included a wide variety of options, such as pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes. I found the room service menu to be extensive, with options available 24 hours a day.
The wait for elevators was occasionally a bit long during peak hours.
Location

The hotel is located next to both a train and light rail station, a convenient feature for easy exploration. I noticed Westfield and Myer were directly accessible, providing immediate access to shopping. This central location offered excellent connectivity.
